《情迷午夜巴黎》 觀後感

終於一賞所願，看了《情迷午夜巴黎》 (Midnight in Paris, 2011)。


故事講述作家 Gil 情迷巴黎，一心想與未婚妻 Inez 婚後從加州搬到巴黎，奈何 Inez 住慣美國大屋，要她搬到巴黎，真的十萬個不願意。


Rachel McAdams 少有金髮上場，金髮一出，令人聯想起她初出道在《Mean Girls》(2006) 的角色，多了幾分平庸與膚淺。

Gil 迷醉於巴黎的二十年代，一天晚上他在巴黎隨意遊蕩，當鐘聲敲了十二下，一輛古老轎車停在他的面前，載他飛越時空，來到二十年代的巴黎，所在的地方，文壇巨 匠閃亮在他眼前出現，包括：名作家 F. Scott & Zelda Fitzgerald、Ernest Hemingway、畫家 Dali、Pablo Picasso 等人。

當中，Tom Hiddleston 及 Alison Pill 以 Fitzgerald 造型亮相，真的十分神似。

Woody Allen 近期的幾部電影，愛用上鮮艷的顏色，場景很不真實，宛如在夢景中一樣。

如在倫敦取景的《遇上陌生情人》(2010)，電影中的倫敦天色永遠湛藍、綠草永遠如茵、完全沒有了倫敦的陰鬱、灰沉。


或 許如 Woody Allen 所說，人類的境況是悲慘的，"I always feel that only a magical solution can save us. The human predicament is so tragic and so awful that, short of an act of magic, we’re doomed.”

一點夢幻、一點想象，讓我們的生活變得不一樣。

Gil 沉醉在巴黎的黃金時期，浸淫在懷舊氛圍中不願回到現實世界。同伴友人 Paul 批評他，懷舊只是迴避了痛苦的現狀。

"Nostalgia is denial - denial of the painful present... the name for this denial is golden age thinking - the erroneous notion that a different time period is better than the one ones living in - its a flaw in the romantic imagination of those people who find it difficult to cope with the present. "

《情迷午夜巴黎》圍繞着 "在巴黎慢步"，Gil 認為巴黎每條街道也是藝術，尤其愛在下雨天 "take a walk by the streets of Paris"。

對於此，他與未婚妻有不同的看法

Gil 認為，No, it would be nice to walk / the rain it is precious.


Inez 則認為，No, there's nothing of precious walking in the rain.

究竟，巴黎在什麼時候最美...  "In reality, Paris with rain is the most beautiful thing there is."
